SARGA STRONG

SARGA STRONG is an online course that aims to help Sarga Bodywork practitioners and students learn and perform Sarga Bodywork with confidence. This is an excellent resource for students who are preparing to attend a Sarga Bodywork course in person.

Self-Paced Format

  • 6 key conditioning exercises for performing Sarga Bodywork confidently.

  • Each exercise in this course is accompanied with both written and video instructions and and followed by a 2-4 minute drill.

  • This course culminates in a 10 minute warm up followed by a 25 minute exercise routine (follow along). 

  • Just a yoga mat/workout mat needed.

  • Includes a $150 discount on any one-on-one coaching program with Kira.

Guided Format

  • Includes everything above plus: Three 60-min Zoom sessions with Kira. These one-on-one sessions serve to: 1) Assess your fitness level and goals, 2) Guide you through each of the exercises in the online course to ensure best alignment and function, 3) Give you confidence to perform the exercises independently.

  • 2-week format.

  • Instruction can be provided in English or Dutch.

  • Guided format not eligible for discounted pricing.

Strength and conditioning coach for Sarga Bodywork, Kira specializes in empowering individuals to achieve sustainable fitness and mental resilience with the ultimate goal of facilitating personal growth and a deep connection to nature. With a unique blend of calisthenics, kettlebells, and animal movement, her coaching focuses on enhancing strength, mobility, and endurance. Kira is also a glacier guide, diving instructor, and marine biologist who conducts nature expeditions that help participants reconnect with the natural world.
